I’m Len
A speaker, leadership developer, coach, and certified Working Genius Facilitator based in California. I’ve spent 14 years in urban ministry, leadership and youth development, serving in roles from associate pastor to training supervisor to director of coaching. I help faith-based leaders discover who God created them to be, heal what’s broken, and build teams that thrive. I’m passionate about soul care, creating healthy rhythms, and helping leaders move from exhaustion to freedom. I’m pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at Fuller, researching how to create restorative care systems for vulnerable youth, because I believe God wants to form us deeply to be more like Jesus.
