I'm certified in the Working Genius framework and bring a unique perspective shaped by years of urban ministry and organizational leadership. While the six types of genius help teams understand their natural strengths, I've found that real transformation happens when leaders can name not just what energizes them, but also recognize the geniuses they've been forced to operate in out of survival or necessity.
